He should indulge himself with a gourmet dinner, go to cinemas and concerts, do handicrafts and be happy. If you have been interested in the topic of self-love for a long time, and you have already read these magazines, then the first thing you should do is to understand that you do not have to do any of the above, and you do not owe anything to anyone, especially advertising and magazines.

Do what you like. Perhaps at first it sounds a little fantastic, because you need to go to an often unloved job in order to earn money, then run to a boring fitness, then listen to a friend's complaints about an unsuccessful marriage. Do not be afraid to change your job for a less high-paying, but more interesting one. Fitness can be replaced with dances that are interesting for you, and you should only communicate with people who are pleasant to you.
