Fear is a feeling that makes us forget about everything. When a person is afraid, he loses his calm. And when it comes to anxiety, you can lose both sleep and appetite. In order not to be taken to such extremes, one must learn, at least partially, to free oneself from this feeling.
Instructions
Step 1
Don't ignore the feeling of fear entirely. It was not in vain invented by nature in order to save us from all sorts of troubles. Sometimes it is necessary, instead of overcoming this feeling, to reflect on the correctness of what you are doing. Often people regret doing something in spite of all their fears. So, for example, you can be afraid all your life to drive, daring to get into an accident. On the one hand, no one is immune from this. On the other hand, it may be more correct to at least occasionally notice internal signals.
Step 2
Listen to the voice of reason. Many things that seem scary turn out to be completely ordinary, once you think about them properly. For example, many people experience fear when visiting a doctor. But one has only to think about it, as it becomes clear - there is nothing to be afraid of. After all, it is not for nothing that folk wisdom exists - the devil is not so terrible as he is painted.
Step 3
Learn to stay calm. Sometimes fears are unfounded. A little fear can create a whole panic if you don't stop in time. If you have a tendency to go to extremes, try to set aside a couple of minutes a day in order to achieve inner balance. You can close your eyes, take a deep breath and try to clearly realize that everything is fine - the fear is gone. Sometimes you can take some kind of anti-anxiety medication, but do not overuse them, otherwise you will constantly drink pills. Maybe you don't mind resting somewhere in nature, in silence. After all, unfounded fears are often a reaction to stress and fatigue.
And most importantly, remember that any fear is subject to a person, you just need to get rid of it in time.
