If you are constantly stressed, the first step is to get enough rest, physically and emotionally. Get enough sleep and be sure to take some time out of your daily routine. If you have a sedentary job, be physically active. Walk more, sign up for a dance school, don't use the elevator, take yourself a walk in the countryside, and finally do a general cleaning. This will help you calm down and give you an outlet for excess aggression.

Relax regularly: take warm baths with herbal extracts or aroma foam, use relaxing aroma oils, listen to pleasant music, drink herbal teas. Try to completely relax during such procedures and concentrate on your own pleasant sensations.

Eating chocolate and orange citrus fruits will help you become a little happier. Also make sure you have plenty of fruits and fresh vegetables in your diet.
