Remember that negotiation has a purpose. Prepare for negotiations. Gather information about the company with which you intend to communicate. You should at least roughly understand the needs of your partners. Do not argue with partners, but answer their objections. To do this, you must first show understanding, and then argue your position. Then make sure you get it right and the question is settled. Try to consolidate the agreement reached at each stage. Depending on the situation, this can be done by simple repetition, clarification, signing the minutes of the meeting or contract. Don't let your trade get stuck in an indefinite position.
