A person who meets someone for the first time faces very difficult tasks: introduce himself, tell about himself, and charm the interlocutor from the first minutes. Due to personal characteristics, this is a terrible test for some people. The procedure of self-presentation can be abstractly broken down into several steps, and at each of them keys that open people's hearts can be used.

Step 1
The first phrase when meeting should be simple: "Hello, I'm Lena." After that, provide the information that connects you to the person. In this way, you will stretch an invisible thread between you. Tell me how they might know about you or what kind of help you are able to provide.
Step 2
Smile! Look the other person in the eye when talking. Many take this as evidence of honesty and openness. Never look at the floor or wall during a conversation, the interlocutor will have the impression that you are misleading him or not saying something.
Step 3
Use active listening techniques as actively as possible: with words and gestures, demonstrate to your interlocutor that you are attentive to his words. Use phrases such as "as you said", "if I understood you correctly", "in other words" as often as possible.
