Finding the “wrong side” of fear, you can get rid of it: for this it is enough to solve or at least realize the problem that is hidden behind unpleasant emotions.

Take life easier. Some fears and phobias are caused by too high demands on oneself, coupled with self-doubt. Are you afraid to speak in public, offer your boss original ideas and generally go through life your own way? Imagine that everything went wrong and the worst thing happened. For example, the text of the report completely flew out of my head, and your work proposals remained incomprehensible. Indeed, an unpleasant situation. Prepare a thesis plan of your speech and print it in large print, highlighting the most important things - this will save you from failure, even if you forget absolutely everything from embarrassment. And before you share new ideas with your bosses, arrange them in the form of a colorful presentation. The effect is likely to be positive.
