It takes more effort, work to develop the muscular system, so that this task can be done.

Similar to muscle growth with regular training, willpower also grows. Those frontiers that were insurmountable yesterday are becoming real today. The development of willpower must start with small steps. For example, set a goal to do something impossible yesterday: get up early, do exercises, take a contrast shower. By doing this every day, a person strengthens willpower.

In doing things that recently seemed like a feat, you need to plan small steps to move forward. Sports activities must first be normalized by minimum periods of time and loads. Gradually, you should complicate the tasks, then it will become easier to study and, with the right mood, more enjoyable. Willpower will gradually grow stronger. And what previously seemed unattainable will be realized simply. A slight effort of will will help you achieve your goals that just recently seemed unrealistic.
