If you don't have the strength to do something, try to start with just thinking well and understanding yourself. Some people practice the opposite method: lie on the bed or wander the streets for hours without doing anything at all. Go to sports. For a start, it's enough just to sign up for a gym and visit it several times a week. Physical activity helps to generate energy, and gradually you will feel more energized and ready to cope with all the difficulties. New goals, interests, hobbies will also help in this: the main thing is not to stand still in any situation, to find motivation in everything and try to gradually change your life for the better.
