Only you yourself are able to change something in your life. You can heed the advice of others if they are really constructive and if you asked for it.

You need to stop looking for pleasure in bad habits if there is such a tendency. Constant parties, useless meetings, going to restaurants, cafes, bars definitely do not develop you, but rather deprive you of energy and strength for your growth.

By the way, it is worth giving up alcohol, cigarettes, eating sweet and useless lying on the couch immediately, right today, not "from Monday." Start with long walks, jogging, grab skates or skis (if it's winter), a bicycle or roller skates (if it's warm outside) and give yourself a new pleasure that you never thought of before. Without a doubt, your mood will improve, your energy will increase, the desire to act will appear immediately. Do not lock yourself in "four walls", because fencing off the world also becomes a bad habit, which over time can be very difficult to give up.

Have fun doing simple things. Prepare yourself a delicious and unusual breakfast, do the cleaning, rearrange the furniture. Dream about tomorrow as if an event will happen tomorrow that you were even afraid to think about.

Take care of yourself, start developing new habits. Of course, they will not enter your life right away, but you need to start today. No one, except yourself, will be able to raise your energy to a new level.
