There are times in life when your hands give up. It seems that there are goals and desires, but they are somewhere far away and will not come soon. Or, in general, nothing pleases and wants nothing. How can you find the strength to start acting and change the situation?

Step 1

Get some rest. Often such a depressed state occurs when you are physically lacking in strength, you simply do not get enough sleep. Find an opportunity to wake up at least 1 day a week without an alarm clock and sleep as much as the body requires. If you still sleep at night on weekdays, then on such a resting day off, 10-12 hours will be enough for you to recuperate.

Step 2

Cheer up. The lack of any desires can be caused by the so-called "Groundhog Day". Someone from morning to night at an unloved job, someone at home for days with children. Think of at least one weekend activity that will tear you out of your monochromatic life: go to a bright event, take a ride on an extreme attraction, go to a painting master class, and finally jump with a parachute. Do something that you have never done, and it is desirable that it provokes a storm of emotions. After this it will be difficult to come, lie on the sofa and be lazy.

Step 3

Free your head. A lot of unfulfilled tasks unrealistically load us and suck energy. Moreover, often it takes only a few minutes to complete these tasks, and we think about them for months. For example, make an appointment with a doctor, attach a plinth, disassemble a package, remove things from the windowsill. Imagine that your brain is a computer. And each such unfulfilled task is like an open source program. At first, everything works quickly, even if several tasks are being performed at the same time. But then the "computer" starts to freeze, and in life it is expressed as a lack of energy to implement even simple things, not to mention a breakthrough in one area or another.

To get started, just write down all your outstanding cases. This is already a great relief to the brain, because now you don't need to constantly remember everything. And then give yourself a day or two or at most a week to complete all these points. You might be surprised, but some really only take a few minutes. And even more, you will be surprised how much energy you have released after completing all the work!
