As you know, there are no two absolutely identical people in the world. Even twins, who are constantly confused by acquaintances, have their own character, their own inner world. Of course, we are all different, but what exactly makes us unique and different from others?

What is a person's personality
What is a person's personality

The concept of "human personality" from time immemorial aroused genuine interest from thinkers, philosophers, cultural and art workers, as well as ordinary mortals. One after another, all sorts of concepts were replaced about what a human personality is and how it is formed.

Today, the term "human personality" has many interpretations, each of which is not devoid of common sense. A person is also called an individual who has realized his individuality, and a person endowed with consciousness, and a socialized individual.

Psychologists, talking about the concept of "personality", mean, first of all, a kind of core that unites all mental processes of a particular individual into a single whole, which gives human behavior a stable and consistent character. Therefore, in psychiatry, under special supervision are always the personalities of criminals, mental patients, as well as people with extrasensory abilities. Scientists are trying to experimentally reveal how the psyche of individuals of this category differs from the psyche of ordinary people. Although, of course, the personality of each person is a huge field for research.

To date, it has been proven that a person's personality is gradually formed only in the process of communication and activity. Growing up outside of society, the human personality has no chance of becoming and developing. Moreover, the social environment plays an important, but far from the only role in the process of personality formation. Each person also has innate (biological) qualities and abilities, and one can endlessly reflect on the emergence of these qualities. For example, scientists still do not know how to justify innate human talents from a logical point of view and why a child is born with a certain type of temperament that does not change throughout life.

In a word, what is a person's personality is a truly immense question, the knowledge of which is doomed to subsequent evolution as long as humanity exists.
