It's just that usually, due to upbringing, we are silent about many things, hide and try to be gentle and courteous. But that which is hidden and suppressed does not go anywhere. Negative emotions, accumulating like interest in a bank account, are just waiting for the moment when it will be possible to break out. And then all hold on, there will be no mercy.

Tellingly, such a release gives you only temporary relief and a lot of trouble for those who have fallen under the "hot hand". Keeping everything in oneself is harmful. Any situation, not being lived, will repeat itself over and over again. Learn to correctly express your thoughts, convey your point of view to your opponent. In this case, you will be more respected and appreciated. This is better than accepting the feeling of complete helplessness and inability to stand up for yourself. If you want to be reckoned with, learn to respect and love yourself. To please everyone and everyone is not only impossible, but also stupid.

There is a saying: "Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today." We live in a world of deals, troubles and worries, and who will pick up the key to happiness for us? Perseverance and persistence in achieving goals is very good, however, the end does not always justify the means. Although most likely just the target was chosen incorrectly. What brings joy comes easily. Expending maximum efforts, we do not feel tired or depressed, but on the contrary, luck gives strength and makes it possible to move forward.

But if the goal is chosen incorrectly, then, no matter how we convince ourselves, everything goes wrong from the very beginning. You have to make incredible efforts to get at least something. But no matter how hard we try, the tower will collapse sooner or later, and the moment may not be the most appropriate. Therefore, the feeling called “I don’t want to” is not laziness and a desire to relax, but rather a signal that something is going wrong. No one except you will tell you where this desire was born, so ask fewer questions and listen more, just not others, but yourself.
