A person who has managed to take a small step towards his dream eventually ceases to live like everyone else. But how do you decide to take this first step? Try to befriend your fear. He is your assistant, pointing out those areas of life that you need to change.

Step 3

The first thing to do in order to master the art of living differently is to hear yourself. Find a place where no one will interfere and distract you, where there will be no computer, telephone or TV. Listen to your inner voice and write down everything that it says to you. Perhaps not everything that your voice tells you can be achieved quickly. However, do not deny your desires, otherwise you will remain in your life dead end.

Step 4

The next step is to get into action. Are you afraid of failure? It should be so. But until you take action, nothing will change. Choose among all your desires the one that is easiest to fulfill, and break it down into several smaller goals. For example, you dream of a new job, but you think that you will not be hired. Set yourself several small goals that will lead to the implementation of the main one: improve your qualifications, learn a foreign language, make useful contacts, etc.

Step 5

In your imagination, paint in colors the reality in which you want to live. Do not build bridges behind you - go into a new life as if the old one has ceased to exist. If it is difficult, exist for some time in parallel in the old and new reality, but do not drag out too long and start living your life, not like others do.

Step 6

Find an example in your community or among famous people worthy of emulation. Every time you are tempted to retreat, remember this person, be inspired by his courage and activity. But, having felt that you are getting what you planned, you yourself do not want to return to the old, to lose freedom and the intoxicating feeling of the fullness of life.
