The desire to do everything in life appears in many people. When you begin to realize that you do not have enough time to complete all that was intended, it is worth reflecting on whether you are wasting precious minutes.

Step 1
Give up everything that "kills" your time. It can be computer games, watching TV series, mindless wandering through the pages of Internet sites. None of this is good for you, but it takes up time that you could spend more rationally, for example, playing sports or attending an interesting exhibition.
Step 2
Start a day planner. In it you can reflect all your plans for the coming week, month, year. Before you start working with this tool, on its last page, write out in theses what you would like to achieve by the end of the year. Review on a monthly basis what has been done to achieve these plans and whether it is enough.
Step 3
Do not put off solving minor problems on the back burner. This will not lead to anything good: at some point, it is this little thing that will prevent you from completing a more important task, which means that the chance given to you will be missed. For example, a delayed visit to the dentist can derail a very important appointment. Make it a rule to start your day with such a small and insignificant problem that needs to be solved. This will save yourself the risk of being stranded and also free up a lot of time to spend on your plans.
Step 4
Don't delay solving time-consuming issues. The longer you pull, the harder and larger they will become. To save your time, break the task at hand into many small pieces and get rid of them all the time. After a while, you will find that the problem has been resolved.
