The formed personality is little subject to change, however, under the influence of unusual circumstances, stress, a person can realize the need for change. How can you change your personality? All transformations begin with consciousness.

Step 1

Strive to become different - better, more honest, more courageous. This inner striving will surely find a way out into the external environment. Over time, your actions will more and more correspond to this type of personality to which you are going. Developed moral qualities will help you in this work. Conscience will always show you your mistakes.

Step 2

Find yourself an example to follow - an extraordinary person who has qualities that are attractive to you. Many successful people in their interviews talk about personalities who were once ideal for them. By imitating someone outwardly, you and inwardly become like this person.

Step 3

Think positively, constructively. Bad, embittered thoughts are capable of creating real roads in the brain cells, along which even the most harmless thoughts will then go. Hatred and other destructive emotions experienced all the time can change any positive personality in a negative direction.

Step 4

Do not allow yourself the slightest thought that you will not be able to change your personality. Doubt will prevent your brain cells from “remembering” your new image and behavior. Better concentrate on your desire.

Step 5

Don't try to destroy those personality traits that you shouldn't have. Instead, diligently cultivate new personality traits. Having become more powerful than the previous ones, the strong qualities will make the defective ones retreat.

Try to change your environment - place of work, study. It is worth moving to live in another area. Start a new life with a new personality. If this is not possible, change outwardly. Change your hairstyle, dress style, lose weight or build muscle. You and the people around you will subconsciously begin to perceive you as a new personality.

And the last thing. If you have already decided to change - go to the end. Otherwise, you can lose your personality altogether - you will lose the old one, and you will not acquire the new one. Good luck!
