Many people know who extroverts are. However, this knowledge is a bit stereotyped and primitive. But what if we consider this type more deeply and explain some points in the language of psychology?

Thinking as such relies on information from subjective sources and on objective data perceived sensually and passing through awareness. Extraverted thinking is determined by the latter factor. Borrowing from outside circumstances becomes the determining measure of judgment. They can be sensuously perceived factors or generally accepted ideas transmitted through traditions, during upbringing or education. If a person has a tendency to subordinate all other life manifestations to intellectual conclusions, then we can talk about a pronounced mental extraverted type.

People of this type use the dominant role of objective reality not only in relation to themselves, but also in relation to the entire surrounding world. The perception of good and evil, the measure of beauty, is built on the basis of the "external". The extraverted thought type is incapable of making exceptions. He brings all the manifestations of life under a certain formula, scheme. Having a broad formula breeds reformers, public prosecutors, or disseminators of important ideas. The flip side is grumblings, people who criticize everything, try to bring the diversity of life under a convenient scheme and hate any dissent.

The object also becomes the basis of the way of feeling in the extraverted attitude. For example, a person considers a picture beautiful not because of subjective perception, but because he observes it in the salon. It is this way of feeling that determines the massive visits to the theater or concerts, adherence to fashion trends, etc. In such cases, the extraverted feeling acts as a creative principle. Harmonious communication is impossible without it. But when this attitude acquires an exaggerated meaning, then the feeling loses its human vitality, constancy disappears, and hysterical states may appear.

Objective and subjective factors can be distinguished in the formation of sensations. In an individual with an extraverted attitude, the latter factor is either inhibited or repressed. In the extraverted attitude, "merging" with objects or processes is concretized. Only concrete sensations give rise to the fullness of life. The positive development of such an attitude gives rise to sophisticated aesthetes. Otherwise, slaves of tangible reality appear, devoid of reflection and any ambition.

Intuition in the extraverted attitude is an accessory function. Acts automatically. It is aimed at a constant search for new opportunities for external life.
