For some, loneliness is terrible. Some people are capable of experiencing a sense of panic about being alone. But there are those of us for whom the feeling of loneliness is quite comfortable and familiar and does not cause any fear.

Psychologists have divided people into extroverts and introverts. Extroverts are sociable people who prefer to be constantly in someone's society. Only in this way can they completely forget about loneliness.

Introverts are, on the contrary, self-contained people who prefer to remain alone with themselves most of the time in their invented and comfortable world. For such people, loneliness is more a sense of security than vulnerability.

All people are individual from birth, first of all, therefore, the qualities of an introvert and an extrovert are sometimes mixed in us. Sometimes such qualities are acquired by us throughout life itself and range from the state of an introvert to the state of an extrovert with a variable frequency.

If you are a very sociable and positive person, but at the same time feel uncomfortable at times, even when surrounded by people, then you should think about your inner state. Even extroverts sometimes tire of their social life style. Then you can resort to fasting days, when you need to be alone with yourself and your thoughts.

Once a week, for example, allow yourself a good rest. There is no need to meet and talk with someone this day. You should not listen to other people's problems and delve into negative news. Try to get out of your normal routine. After all, rest is needed not only for our body, but also to unload our psyche, so as not to experience discomfort at such moments.
