Worldview is a fundamental concept that includes sensations, knowledge, a person's attitude to the world, to its structure and to one's place in this world. Changing your worldview means changing yourself and your life as a whole.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, define your current worldview. To do this, answer a few questions for yourself:
- how did our world come about?
- was it created by God or is it a natural process of the "big bang"?
Step 2
After answering these questions, try to find valid evidence for your answer. Perhaps they will not seem so convincing to you, and your initially formed worldview will begin to change from that moment. After all, the study of the structure of the world and your opinion about it are the starting point in the world outlook and attitude. So summarize your knowledge and clearly define your point of view in this aspect of the worldview.
Step 3
Determine your attitude to the world and to the events taking place in it. Attitudes can be pessimistic, realistic, or adequate. If this is pessimistic or too realistic, try arguing in favor of realistic or moderately optimistic.
Step 4
Consider yourself from the point of view of a part of society, find your place in life. Define the dream of your life, think how feasible it is.
Step 5
Now, having answered all the questions, it will be easy for you to change your worldview, the arguments of science or religion, the main thing is that they satisfy your new worldview.
Step 6
Find the right conditions of motivation in order to increase your self-esteem, and set yourself higher goals, but definitely achievable in life. This can be achieved through a variety of life-affirming psychological training or companionship. Having determined your place and goals in life, your worldview will improve, which will inevitably lead to an increase in the standard of living in general.
