Sometimes it happens that laziness will overwhelm, and there is no strength to overcome it. As a result, you give slack, and it will drag on for several hours or even for the whole day. Usually, when you’re not doing anything, you soon begin to feel guilty and / or angry with yourself. Such self-criticism can backfire on you, as it often causes stress and depression. As an ailment, laziness has its own symptoms. After defeating them, you can drive her away.
Instructions
Step 1
You cannot concentrate, collect your thoughts. If, when asked "What am I thinking?" you do not get an intelligible answer, it is worth directing your internal dialogue on a different topic. Try to think about something else for a while, gradually bringing the stream of thoughts to the desired channel.
Step 2
You postpone the task, delay its implementation. In doing so, you must once and for all hack into your nose that the longer the box in which you hide your willpower, the more difficult it will be to open it later. There is hardly a need to complicate your life so much.
Step 3
You are overwhelmed by a state of lethargy, both mental and physical. Soak up the crib, take a nap or sit aimlessly in front of the TV - such an idea is visited, for sure, every day and more than once. The longer this state lasts, the more difficult it is to get out of it. And you still have to go out, so don't wait. If you decide to rest for five minutes, do not stretch for half an hour.
Step 4
You have a bunch of little things to do that alienate you from the important. Nobody will do anything for you anyway. By being distracted by the little things, you're just wasting time and missing out on opportunities. It is better to realize this before then to sit and feel uncomfortable.
