Anxiety is a negatively colored emotion that expresses a feeling of uncertainty, the expectation of negative events, hard-to-define premonitions. How to look at it from a different point of view?

Anxiety is an emotional state caused by the anticipation of danger or threat. This is the common understanding of anxiety. I propose to consider from a different point of view. For example, anxiety is only an indicator and shows that our future is unknown, that is, there is no specific result. If there is no specific result, then our mind admits that there can be a different result: from positive to negative or from wonderful to terrible.

When paying attention to the system of upbringing children in society, including in the family and at school, attention is paid mainly to shortcomings or mistakes. From childhood, a person develops a mentality to clearly see the shortcomings or bad, thus, with the uncertainty of the future, the mind begins to draw the future through the negative, drawing unpleasant pictures. The more troubles in front of a person ahead of him, the greater the result of the indicator will be, that is, anxiety will increase.

Many people find they can relieve anxiety through smoking, eating food, sedation pills, or creating conflicts. But anxiety is not a cause, but only an indicator, so all these remedies do not help. The reason is the uncertainty of the future.

I suggest working with uncertainty. What is uncertainty? This is the absence or lack of definition or information about something, that is, a person does not know what information or knowledge will be and how to act in a given situation.

The man made a decision, albeit unconsciously, that he does not know. It is enough to make a decision that he knows and the uncertainty will go away, which means that there will be no anxiety as an indicator of this uncertainty.

To make such a decision consciously, there is a work algorithm:

1. Working out at the level of the mind. The task is to allow yourself to admit or see options or possibilities.

At this stage of work, the Russian language is used wisely as the basis of the work. It has already been said that upbringing is based on prohibitions that are imposed on the child by speaking, but very few people take them back. The child becomes an adult, but psychological inhibitions remain. Such prohibitions can also be removed through the NO Writing Union. He has a semantic purpose to add options. For example, you cannot take someone else's - this is a prohibition setting. But I allow myself to take someone else's, if I want - this is the removal of this prohibition. It is important to give examples, that this is good and the main thing is that these examples suit you. Removing the ban allows you to take a broader look at the situation and see options for solutions or developments. The next point is permission, which will help provide the availability of variation. For example, but you can take someone else's, but you can take your own, but you can give your own (someone else's, create and so on all the possible options that the mind comes up with, even if they seem not logical at first glance.

This method gives a feeling of the emergence of the future and the possibility of freedom of choice, which allows you to put yourself in the position of the master of the situation in your life.

2. Work on the level of images and sensations. The task is to feel or feel what an open and kind world.

At this stage of working with images, sensations in the body and representations are used. It is important to present an image that you like, and to feel pleasure or calmness in the body.

3. When there is a unification of the first and second stages, which allows you to harmonize the mind, sensations, image, that is, to come into unity, which gives strength and confidence in the future. To do this, you imagine yourself in the present and in front of you the options for the development of the future, then you choose a certain path that you like, and you imagine yourself with this result. These two images shake hands as a symbol of harmony and friendliness.

It is more convenient and more effective to work on a specific example, or better on three, which will strengthen the new mechanism in the subconscious mind and make it possible to change life as a whole.
