The point is not that they teach poorly in Russia; abroad you will have more opportunities to broaden your horizons. In parallel with getting an education, try to independently develop in the direction of your specialty. Get a free internship in a company in which you would like to see your future, try to gain as much experience as possible before you enter an independent adult life.
