Step 3
Try to laugh at what is happening. Look at the situation from the perspective of an observer, a person completely uninterested. You will surely find something funny in what is happening to you, and the melancholy, coupled with hopelessness, will recede.
Step 4
Solve your problems. Start each day by "eating the frog" - doing the first and most difficult, most unpleasant tasks. Don't put anything on the back burner. By postponing, you will exhaust yourself with anticipation, and the cart of your problems will remain standing still.
Step 5
Get in the habit of relaxing in the evenings, putting your worries out the door. Take a hot lavender oil bath, have some tea, read an interesting book, or find your own way to disconnect from the problems of the day. But do not try to abuse alcohol and other illnesses.
Step 6
A person immersed in problems usually becomes inattentive. Try to be more collected, not to succumb to decadent moods and live for the present. Make a daily list of tasks for your day and strictly follow it, leaving yourself no time for despondency and reflection on the frailty of existence.

Take care of your health. The body under stress sluggishly defends itself against all kinds of infections. Your task is not to add some sore to your problems. Drink vitamins, watch your diet, avoid hypothermia and try to move more.
Step 8
If you are on the verge of depression - go for a consultation with a psychotherapist or psychologist. As a last resort, keep a good technician's phone close at hand.

Try to help others. Move old women across the road, put homeless kittens in good hands, fix stools for neighbors. Caring for others, solving their problems helps to stop dramatizing the events of your life.
Step 10
Remind yourself often that the black streak ends anyway, and that it's darkest before dawn.
