To be different, you must first analyze the system of your values and beliefs. Thoroughly disassemble habitual patterns of behavior and realize why you react to life situations in this way and not in another way.

When you come to certain conclusions, think about whether such reactions are so ethical, rational or logical in a particular situation. Maybe a lot has changed in your life lately, and the beliefs that were acceptable a year ago are now outdated.
