Imagine that a green meadow or any other picture pleasing to your eyes is waiting for you on the last step of the staircase. This is where you get all the information you need.

Do not rush to leave your own subconscious, communicate with him as much as you want. The exit should be slow and enjoyable. Activate muscles and breathing gradually, stretch, work your fingers, toes, rotate your wrists and feet. Open your eyes and analyze the information received from the subconscious.
