Confession of one's own sins is one of the Church's sacramental rites. Confession must be carried out with all the understanding of the importance of the process and sincerity. This process involves repentance for the sins that a person has created in his life.
Instructions
Step 1
Confession, according to church canons, can be taken already at the age of seven and older. The most important thing is to adhere to the basic principles associated with the process of atonement and forgiveness of sins. The process of confession should be strictly preceded by fasting, during which a person is cleansed of the accumulated filth, spends a large amount of time in penitential (mainly) prayers.
Step 2
It is also equally important to comprehend everything that a person has managed to do in his entire life. A person needs to ask forgiveness from the Almighty for the sins he has committed, as well as forgive all those who have offended you in life. After all, you cannot come to confession with evil, hatred or resentment in your heart. It is very important for a believer to realize that one cannot commit sins after confession, even insignificant ones. This will be severely punished.
