Previously, the word "computer" was familiar to most people only in theory. Now it is in almost every home. And along with the huge benefits, it became a source of serious trouble for some people, infecting them with real addiction. They have gone so far into the virtual world of computer games, hours of communication on all kinds of websites, etc. that they no longer represent any other way of life. It is literally impossible to take them away from the computer. Family, career, health suffer from this.

Instructions

Step 1

Of course, you should not resort to radical methods such as throwing the computer off the balcony (although desperate relatives would probably be very happy). Try to solve the problem in a more calm and civilized way.

Step 2

If possible, try at least for a short time to go somewhere where there is no Internet. For example, to a secluded camp site or to relatives in a distant village. Of course, never take your laptop with you. Your task: make sure from your own experience that you can do without sitting at a computer around the clock. At first, you will miss your "faithful friend" very much, then you will gradually get used to it and will surely think: "Am I spending too much time on him?"

Step 3

Find yourself an interesting activity to your liking, a hobby that will consume a lot of time and energy - both mental and physical. Remember: you were probably fond of something in childhood, when there were no personal computers. Try to renew this hobby again. Take up physical activity, because it is much healthier than sitting in front of the monitor for many hours. Walk in the fresh air more often, go to visit, to performances, concerts.

Step 4

Try to devote more time and energy to your main job, which should not suffer from your passion. Be guided by the proverb: "Business is time, fun is an hour." Take an extra load, look for part-time jobs. There is a double benefit from this: the family budget will be replenished, and there will be no time to sit at the computer.

Step 5

Gradually, the time spent every day at the computer will be reduced to a reasonable minimum. None of your loved ones will mind if you go to various forums in the evening, read the latest news, send a few emails. The main thing is to try to give up games. This is an activity that really sucks.
