For any leader, the interests of his organization come first, its ability to effectively occupy its "niche" in the market, while maintaining and expanding its client base. In other words, his main responsibility is to make the firm work like clockwork. And for this he needs to ensure that all employees of the company feel that they belong to the same “common home”, that they perform their duties with the utmost diligence and conscientiousness, showing reasonable initiative, if necessary. How to do it?

Instructions

Step 1

It is pointless to achieve a good attitude to work in an orderly manner. It is not for nothing that popular wisdom says: "You cannot be lovely by force." In order for subordinates to truly value their work, in addition to purely material incentives (good salary, social package, bonuses), the moral and psychological climate in the team is very important. After all, if a person literally “through force” enters the service, if he knows that there will be hassle, humiliation, scandals, “backing”, then he will hardly give himself up to work with all his heart.

Step 2

Always be polite to your subordinates, and demand the same from lower-level managers. Show interest in them as individuals, if possible, help in solving problems. Be sure to praise and reward for conscientious work.

Step 3

If the subordinate made a mistake, did not perform his duties in the best way, point him to this and demand correction, but in the most tactful manner. If the error is so serious that it is necessary to impose a penalty, it should in no case be associated with humiliation, gross reprimand, etc.

Step 4

Do not hesitate to listen to the opinions of subordinates, especially if they have a reputation of recognized specialists in a particular field.

Step 5

Require employees to treat each other with respect. In the event of a conflict between subordinates, especially if it has taken a protracted form and has a harmful effect on the moral and psychological climate in the team, you should take all measures to stop it. In doing so, show the greatest possible objectivity and impartiality.

Step 6

If someone from the firm's employees for some reason regularly provokes conflict situations, creates an abnormal, nervous environment that harms the firm, it is necessary to strongly demand that he change his behavior. If it is impossible or unwilling to improve, such an employee should be dismissed under any pretext. Because the saying "One black sheep spoils the whole flock!" is perfectly fair.

Step 7

If possible, arrange corporate parties, field trips, for communication in a more relaxed, informal atmosphere. This is very useful for creating a welcoming atmosphere in the team.
