Step 1
Realize that you are capable of infecting other people with your mood. Likewise, you are able to change greatly under the influence of another person with whom you often communicate. Learn to manage your emotions also because they are reflected in your body. Plus, negative emotions are bad for your health.

Work on your voice, movement, posture, gait, facial expressions and gestures. Since ancient times, these things say more about a person than his words. Body language gives other people all the important information about you: whether you are confident or not, whether you are interested in another person or not, whether you know what you are talking about or not. Work on yourself in front of the mirror. Invent and convey various thoughts with gestures, movements. Don't forget about your gait. It should correspond to different life situations: for a walk in the park, it is one, for the office - another, etc. Experiment with your voice in the same way. If you feel that it doesn't work on people, try playing with your voice. Practice at home by recording yourself on a tape recorder.

Associate yourself with authority figures. It doesn't matter if they exist in reality or only in your imagination. Get to know such people and observe them. You will definitely learn from them how to behave in order to increase your authority. Soak up this energy when you are around them.
