Despite the rapid development of modern technologies and the emergence of audiobooks and video courses, reading still remains a fundamental source of knowledge. A good effect in the study of textual information is given by the speed reading method, but even with this ability, thoughtless absorption of the material will not lead to high-quality mastering and memorization. This method of word processing will save what you read only in short-term memory and will not lead to deep knowledge.

You should not rely only on your memory when studying the necessary literature. After isolating the main thing from the context and creating a small summary, even if it will consist of short theses, you can later easily reconstruct what you read in your mind, based on these notes.
