21st century is the age of information. Is it possible to learn to memorize information quickly, especially when there is a lot of it? If so, what should be done for this? Let's try to deal with these issues.
Instructions
Step 1
We write letters. In 2008, a study was conducted that showed and proved the usefulness of writing down your sad thoughts before cramming. It is done this way: within 20 minutes before starting to learn something, you need to remember and write down all your negative thoughts and the smallest troubles. The thing is that we remember the bad things very well, and the information immediately received after the negative is perceived by the brain as what it was before, therefore it is just as well remembered. This is a very effective method.
Step 2
We shout out loud! It turned out that words are much better remembered when shouted out. Of course, you do not need to shout to the whole apartment, you just need to repeat it loudly several times. It can help in learning foreign words.
Step 3
Don't teach while sitting. When you read a book, textbooks, try to move as much as possible. Walk around the room, pump the press. Any movement of the body activates the brain, as more blood flows into it. This will improve your ability to memorize by 20%.
Step 4
Sleep helps you remember information better. The more sleep you sleep after studying the verse, the better you will remember it. Many people study all night and, after sleeping for two hours, wake up and practically do not remember anything. This is the wrong move. The less we sleep, the worse our memory becomes. It would be better and more efficient if the students slept in the last couple of hours before the exam than cram the remaining couple of tickets.
Step 5
The situation needs to be changed. For example, in one evening you need to learn 2 different poems. Learn one in the classroom, and the other in the kitchen or in general on the street, if possible. This helps so that when we remember information in different circumstances, it does not get mixed up in our head.
