For the same reason, perception becomes sharper, a person at the biochemical level in all possible ways captures information about what is happening and how to cope with the situation. But for a modern person in a state of stress, all these clearly manifested details are usually only annoying. Nervous tension and increased sensitivity often lead to the fact that stress only intensifies.

Muscles are straining, since, according to the body, all the forces need to be thrown into keeping the most important thing in an active state. The activity of important self-regulation mechanisms is suppressed. The immune system starts to work worse, the number of leukocytes in the blood falls. It would seem, why is this happening, because during stress, people need the exact opposite? The reason is that stress over the course of thousands of years of human evolution has been of only one type: danger from which you can escape. Whether it's a wild animal, a natural disaster, an unsuccessful hunt or an aggressive member of your species: any stress in this group can be dealt with by moving your legs very quickly.

An active social life appeared in human individuals not so long ago. Evolutionists argue that the human species developed such a rapid development thanks to social relations, which forced the brain to develop very quickly. Evolutionary mechanisms, which appeared long before the socialization of living beings, sometimes give a slightly strange effect in relation to people, since a person's way of life is far from natural.
