Know that it is never too late to start over. But for this you need to let go of the past with all the grievances and experiences. Leave only good memories and start living for today.

Don't sympathize or feel sorry for yourself.
Self-pity and resentment encourage you to walk in circles, then return to the same negative thoughts over and over again. Scientists have proven that grudges stored in the soul for years can lead to cancer. Therefore, it is foolish to punish yourself if someone once offended you.

Letting go of the past with forgiveness
