Try to get positive emotions as often as possible, anywhere! This is absolutely necessary for you now. Watch humorous TV shows, go to exhibitions, sports events, theaters, and friendly parties. Do not lock yourself in four walls, do not accumulate negativity in your soul.

Suggest to yourself: life goes on, and joy will replace the pain of the soul. Find an interesting hobby, hobby, if possible, change the environment, go on a foreign tour.
