Success in business, if you strive for it, comes only to a person who knows how to organize his work effectively and correctly. This cannot be achieved without composure, accuracy and punctuality. These qualities should be instilled in a person in childhood, but even in adulthood, you can rebuild yourself if you really want to.
Instructions
Step 1
Get a solid, thick diary, because even its appearance should speak of the seriousness of your task. Tune in to always bring everything to the end, so you should not be satisfied with half measures in the form of scraps of pieces of paper with a clumsy record of plans for today. As soon as you find out about an upcoming event or meeting, immediately take your "ledger" and make a detailed note in neat, legible handwriting.
Step 2
Do not shorten what is written, over time it will be difficult to understand what is encrypted in the message. Mark the place and time, leave a few blank lines so that you can make edits to the record in the future. Thus, all information about your short-term and long-term plans will be collected in one place within access.
Step 3
Get in the habit of looking through the diary every evening so that you know what awaits you tomorrow and be able to prepare for the event. If this requires more time, be sure to make an appropriate entry for the day scheduled for the start of preparation.
Step 4
Composure is the possession and ability to manage operational information, connections, knowledge, intelligence, available tools, speech and many more necessary things. But the most important thing is the possession of the information that you successfully manage, having your own magic diary and your brilliant knowledge.
Step 5
Work on your nerves and general mental state. After all, if you do not know how to apply your knowledge in life, use it for your own purposes, then you lack composure and concentration. Learn to deal with emotions that get in the way of focus.
Step 6
Do not be distracted from work by little things that interfere with doing business. Unplug TV, radio, telephone. An unassembled person is often distracted by an interesting program, a familiar melody. A few minutes pass - and he is no longer able to concentrate on work, he goes to make tea, starts doing something else, in the end there is no result.
Step 7
Set aside a certain place for your office, the ideal option is a quiet, separate room, but if there is none, a secluded corner behind a screen will come down. Arrange all things in a strict order so that you always know where to get it. Organize your office workspace using the same principle.
Step 8
Don't make excuses to yourself for being late. Do not blame circumstances or other people for this, convince yourself that it depends only on you whether you are late or not. Try not to do any unnecessary things in the morning: read a book, turn on the computer, and much more. In such a short time, you will not rest, but only lose precious minutes.
Step 9
Try setting your alarm five to ten minutes back. This time may be enough to arrive at work on time. Think of some kind of motivation to come on time, for example: so as not to upset friends and family, not to displease the bosses.
