Study your body language. For this it is worth observing others. People often mask their emotions with words. Behind cold, harsh phrases, uncertainty can be hidden, behind flattering speeches - anger and resentment. Crossed arms or legs are a sign of secrecy or stiffness, and conversely, a loose, relaxed posture suggests that the interlocutor feels at home. Does a colleague cover his mouth with his hand? It is likely that he is not telling the truth. Analyze the gestures of others, then pay attention to yours. Try to match your body language to the emotional tone of your words.

Keep in control! Each emotional state has its positive and negative sides. Falling into anger, a person moves away from others, ceases to think critically, but often it is negative experiences that push to activity, stimulate to achieve goals in spite of everyone. Learning to express emotions constructively will help simple techniques. Divide the paper into two columns. In the first, write what emotions tell you to do, and in the other what rational thinking advises. Looking at this list makes it much easier to cope with feelings and make a decision.
