Everything in this world is created for development, and all circumstances help the individual to improve. And if you start to observe what is happening, learn to see deep things, life will change. Analyzing what is happening, think, but what does this teach? What can be useful from the current problems? And be glad that all this helps to learn, which means you become wiser.

Any circumstance carries with it duality. They can be perceived as negative, or you can look more closely, and be sure to discover something beautiful. For example, dismissal from work is a loss of earnings and stability, but on the other hand, it is a chance to improve your life, find a more worthy place and realize yourself in a new company and team. If you see opportunities, not limitations, all events will not seem so scary.

The best can be seen in people, communicating with a person, try to find the most pleasant features in him. Sometimes even someone who seems negative can boast of sincerity, honesty, and a clear position. Each person consists of different qualities, there are no only positive or only negative personalities, and the attitude often depends on the angle of view. Look closely, evaluate this individual not only within the framework of your interaction. Think, and what is he like in the family, with friends, with loved ones? Find the pleasant and the kind in it, and never forget that it is in it.

Start each day by greeting yourself and the world around you. Learn to compliment your surroundings. Just say hello to the sun, smile at the trees outside the window, hug whoever is next to you. Having a positive attitude in the morning helps you see the best in everything. Even the reflection in the mirror needs a wink to cheer up.

You can do a simple exercise to learn to have a positive outlook on things. You only need to say a few phrases, which consist of two parts. The first: I love this, and the second: why I feel this feeling. In the morning, this exercise looks like this:

- I love this day because the sun is shining outside the window.

- I love this day because it started with a cup of aromatic coffee.

In the afternoon, you can do this with an employee: I love my colleague because he is well versed in football. You can think of hundreds of such options, and this helps to improve your mood. But for this to work, create 5-7 statements for each topic.
