People have been trying to understand the meaning of life since ancient times. Philosophers of Ancient Greece and Rome, sages of the countries of the East left many of their works, in which they describe life and try to understand its laws. Nothing prevents you from doing the same, especially if you want to change something for the better in your life.
Instructions
Step 1
Try to look at everything that is happening around you with open eyes. Observe and try to analyze events. This will help you understand their causal relationships, which means that, making the right conclusions, you will not be surprised or disappointed by what is happening, and in some cases you will be able to foresee the course of future events and predict the behavior of people.
Step 2
Remember that many generations of people have tried to understand the life around them before you, and acquaintance with their literary works can put a lot of your thoughts in order.
Step 3
You can learn to understand life by understanding and accepting its laws. Please note that although life is full of accidents, in fact everything in it is interconnected. Whatever happens, but it pulls other events, not at all random, which add up to a certain chain.
Step 4
Everything happens at the time when it should happen, and it is useless to rush events, i.e. if a problem is not solved, perhaps you should abandon it for a while, and then tackle it again.
Step 5
The world and you are interconnected in this life, and what happens to you is what you deserve yourself. Or, in other words, life treats you the way you treat it. If you perceive her as bad and unhappy, then this perception will materialize in yourself.
Step 6
One way to understand life and accept it as it is is to believe in God and study theology. According to various religious postulates, life is given to a person and is taken away by God. And a living organism is a body, inside which the soul settles. The body actively changes everything around it, and at the end of its life cycle it dies. It is only a separate link in the endless process of life. But the soul that thinks and feels reincarnates and continues to exist in one form or another.
Step 7
If you do not want to accept religious concepts and prefer to reflect on life, try to turn to philosophical writings. In the works and reflections of specialists, you will find answers to many questions that will help you understand life. Scientists-philosophers explain life as the highest form of movement and organization of some matter. So, for example, in their opinion, the terrestrial form of life appeared as a result of a long evolution of complex carbon compounds. Each organism is an integral system with its own unique structure and metabolism, within which various biochemical processes take place. Living things are able to adapt to their environment and transmit hereditary information.
Step 8
Each person has his own world inside, and through his inherent perception of the world, he tries to understand life and draw certain conclusions. For some, the result of these attempts is the conviction that life is a fate that no one (including himself) is able to change, others are trying to adapt this knowledge to change their own life. The choice is yours!
