As you know, in order not to make mistakes, it is necessary to stop any activity altogether. Sometimes, after serious mistakes, it is very difficult to maintain love and respect for yourself. How to survive your mistakes and emerge victorious from unpleasant situations?

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to forgive yourself. Emotionally accepting what happened. After all, mistakes are often not deliberate. At the time of adoption, the decision was absolutely correct for the existing level of knowledge and experience.

Step 2

The next step is to work on drawing conclusions from the situation. To facilitate the task, prepare 2 thick notebooks, preferably on rings, so that you can get a sheet from the notebook and destroy it, and a stack of A4 sheets. In the first notebook, write down your achievements, even the smallest ones, like “I didn't forget to water the flower”. The second is for “correcting bugs”.

Step 3

For each error that you think is serious enough to be analyzed, you need to leave a separate sheet. And work with her individually. For example, suppose you are an applicant who has failed the entrance exam. Unpleasant, although not fatal. So: the problem is the resulting super low score.

Step 4

On a draft - A4 sheet, write about the main problem. And you start looking for pluses in the situation. If it doesn't work right away, start from the minuses, i.e. consequences. For example, because of the score, you did not get to the right university. If you flew past the university, it is still unknown, maybe you are so lucky. Maybe in a year you will understand that the specialty you were applying for is not at all what you need. A lost year is best viewed as an opportunity to work and get a taste for independence.

Step 5

Then indicate the reasons for what happened, which depended on you at least to some extent. And not just "not prepared", but specifically. For example, "I only worked 2 hours a day for less than a month." You do not need to write what did not depend on you. But in almost any mistake you can find the degree of your responsibility.

Step 6

On the same sheet, write a "plan for overcoming the consequences." And reflect in writing what and how exactly you are going to correct. And the resources that you will provide this solution. For example, "I get up an hour earlier, I only go to social networks if everything planned has been done in the day."

Step 7

You can make notes on the sheet and argue with yourself. Then write the error with the causes and consequences on a separate sheet of the ring notebook. And every time when the feeling of guilt begins to gnaw, you should look at the analysis. In the second notebook, for each mistake, you must write down at least a small, but victory. Finding reasons to be happy is a good habit.

Step 8

The power of the "kick" received from life sometimes gives a powerful impetus to move forward. Only through difficulties do they come to victory, just some do not know how to hide their feelings. However, the future winner perceives mistakes as precious nuggets of experience.
