Many are not confident in themselves and their strengths, while having both latent and explicit complexes. The roots of these problems can be traced back to childhood. It often happens that such people do not expect anything good in any business and program themselves in advance for failure.

Fear that something bad will happen

Anxiety disorder is a disorder that needs to be addressed. It is classified as a type of phobia. A person is so not sure of himself that, without getting down to business, he is already afraid not to fulfill it or expects a bad result. This syndrome can develop from childhood, namely from school. In the literature, this complex is often called "school phobia". The reasons for the development of such a syndrome can be anything, but we will single out a number of main ones.

Causes of Anxiety Disorder in Children

  • Feelings of dissatisfaction with the child's need for knowledge and interests. It happens that he finds what is being said in the classroom boring, or he is interested in questions that are at odds with the topic under discussion. The child has a feeling that the knowledge that is given to him is unnecessary. And vice versa - what he is interested in is not interesting to those around him, and the child cannot find an answer to his questions. He has a feeling of dissatisfaction.
  • Feelings of insecurity. If a child feels and thinks that he can be punished for his mistakes and misunderstandings, a feeling of insecurity awakens in him. As a result, he is afraid to be offended, and uncertainty and anxiety syndrome are formed in his mind.

These reasons cause negative emotions in the child, which affect the formation of him as a person and are accompanied by complexes, there is a lack of confidence in his abilities. It grows and develops, but fears do not disappear anywhere, as a result, an anxious expectation syndrome is formed in an adult.

In everyday life, this syndrome manifests itself as aggression, increased anxiety and insecurity. A person feels anxiety about any reason: worried about work matters, about his personal and sexual life. This lowers the patient's quality of life, because what he undertakes, most likely, he will not succeed, because he has already programmed himself to fail.

It is quite difficult to overcome this syndrome. After all, this is not just a disease that is treated with pills or potions. This is a psychological disorder, so it takes a lot of effort to overcome this problem.

  1. First you need to find out the reason. If your problem is rooted in childhood, then it is worth understanding that you are no longer a child, but an adult. You are self-sufficient, smart and capable of doing whatever you want. You are no longer a child who is worried about what parents, teachers or other adults will say about your actions, you do not need to worry about it anymore.
  2. If anxiety syndrome appeared not so long ago, pay attention to the environment (work, acquaintances and friends). It may be having a negative impact on you. Then you should change your environment. Travel more, read books, make new acquaintances - it helps to distract and gives more strength and confidence.

Love yourself and believe in yourself. After all, a person who believes in himself can do and achieve whatever he wants, without hesitation and doubt!
