9) Severe irritability;

10) The emergence of a feeling of loneliness and disappointment in everything.

The syndrome traditionally begins with fatigue and exhaustion. It is difficult to trace it at an early stage and seek help from a doctor.

Who is most likely to suffer from burnout syndrome? First of all, this is a group of the service sector, then office workers (as a rule, it is observed among managers) and, of course, creative professions and housewives. All of the above groups of people with overestimated claims in relation to themselves, setting themselves the most difficult tasks on which self-esteem depends, and eventually realizing that this resource is not enough. What can you do in order not to become a hostage to your own work? Naturally, with the advanced stage of the syndrome, only the help of a psychotherapist will undoubtedly help.

When treating the syndrome, the following steps should be taken.

1) Find out which goals are personal for you, and which ones are imposed by the surrounding society. Put unnecessary goals in the background, or completely forget about them and focus only on personal goals.

2) You need to learn to respect, first of all, your own goals and desires. You should love yourself as you are, and not as you strive to become in the future. It is necessary to feel that for the people around you you are valuable not only because of your own professional achievements. Be sure, then relatives and comrades will begin to love and respect you even in the absence of any successes and achievements, because that is why they are close and friends. You need to stop depending on the approval of others.

3) It is necessary to use your time correctly and combine work and rest. It is very important to switch on time and move in different directions, you should not be alone.
