All organizations are audited. You need to know how to behave with inspectors, whatever the rank of the test. If you follow some rules, you can form an initially positive opinion about yourself, which ultimately will affect the final certificate.
Labor activity is often associated with frequent inspections, when you have to meet groups of inspectors. This is especially true after the publication of Federal Laws No. 94, 44, regarding the procurement of goods and services by municipal institutions. There are many points in the laws, each of which cannot but fail. Since 2008, many institutions have been forced to pay fines, and the heads of budgetary organizations have to write letters of resignation.
Checking is a little stress that should be lived through with dignity

You need to be able to behave with auditors of any level. There are several rules that help to pass the check more successfully, not to spoil the relationship with the guests.
Basic rules of conduct with reviewers
First, you shouldn't be afraid of checks. The very fear of the inspectors makes you nervous, say unnecessary words, unexpectedly for yourself to discover flaws. People say: "The hat is on fire on the thief." If there are flaws in the work, there is no need to be afraid even in this case. Disadvantages may not be noticed. Try to act like everything is okay.
Secondly, you must not curry favor with the inspectors. This encourages some to conduct a more in-depth check, or start blackmailing the person being checked. The representative of the commission may think that if there is such ingratiation, then there are drawbacks.
Third, show hospitality. This is especially true if the check arrived from another city. First you need to meet the commission, organize a light snack, place people, and then offer to start the verification procedure. When the first day of inspections is over, you can offer, but not persistently, to organize leisure. If the guests agree, then do not talk about the review until the reviewers themselves start it. Then it will be possible to hint that it would be nice to end everything with a good reference.
Fourth, don't offer a bribe. Not all reviewers are clean on their hands. There are real workaholics who care about the truth. If you offer such a person a bribe, you will greatly offend him. As a result, he can conduct a more thorough inspection of the activities of your organization.
Fifth, do not interfere with the work of the auditors. It is important during the check not to disturb the employees who came as part of the commission. They can be allocated a separate office, offer to attach an employee who will help deliver this or that document. But to do everything unobtrusively. If they refuse, it's okay.
Sixth, when the results of the audit are ready, it is advisable to meet with the leader of the audit team and find out what deficiencies are indicated in the certificate. There are times when it is possible to persuade to rewrite the certificate to a softer one, promising to eliminate the shortcomings in the future. In any case, more often than not, some shortcomings are indicated in the certificate, even minor ones. Otherwise, the check worked in vain. They have their own reporting to management.
It is good to give souvenirs to the inspectors. These can be brochures, books, other attributes reminiscent of a city or a company. A check in the same composition may arrive next year. Do not spoil your opinion about yourself.
