Loneliness is a phenomenon that interferes with the development of normal relationships, not only with work colleagues, but also when communicating with people who could become friends and life companions.
Instructions
Step 1
To find ways to get rid of loneliness, it is worth looking into its origins. Often the problem is deeply hidden in the personality and emotional characteristics of a person. Pay attention to your self-esteem, anxiety. Note how shy or aggressive you are. If these psychological characteristics find an overly exaggerated expression in your character, then, undoubtedly, you face obstacles in the way of building relationships, which, in turn, maintains a state of loneliness.
Step 2
Answer your question about your purpose in life. If you find that you cannot answer it, then perhaps this moment is the cause of your condition. Set yourself a goal. Get yourself interested and start hiccuping ways to make it happen. You will have to communicate with people, which will change your attitude to the problem and, possibly, give a chance to find joy and happiness.
Step 3
Do not justify yourself by assuring that no one loves you, does not understand and does not want to see you. This is how you subconsciously choose situations that only fuel your false desire to be alone.
Step 4
Improve yourself. Often, young and successful women prefer to be alone for a while. After all, only in solitude can you comprehend yourself and choose the direction that can radically change your life. Such loneliness is associated with personal growth, maturation and the acquisition of skills that can solve the problems facing a woman and help her achieve her plans.
Step 5
Refuse those relationships that do not bring you joy, do not contribute to your development, but exist only to "kill time." Chat with people you are interested in.
Step 6
Become a friend to yourself, establish a relationship with yourself, learn to enjoy it. Then you don't have to make any special efforts to build relationships. They will improve on their own, delight you and all those with whom you communicate.
