Communicating with other people is not easy. In any team, there are such negative phenomena as gossip, conflicts, intrigues. This cannot be avoided, but it is possible, observing certain rules, to create comfortable conditions for oneself in the work collective.
Gossip and gossip to one degree or another are present in any team. This can be considered a normal phenomenon, but, in certain cases, because of this, the psychological climate in the work collective becomes very difficult. There is no unequivocal solution to the problem. For each situation, you need to select your own solution. However, if you follow certain principles of behavior, you can alleviate the situation.
Limit your communication.
Almost every team has its own "informants" who like to collect and spread gossip. A certain circle of people who are interested in all this gathers near them. Try to limit your communication with such people. Talk on neutral topics, when trying to drag you into such "discussions", you can silently listen and pretend that it is not interesting.
Avoid gossip.
Do not gossip yourself, even if you learned something interesting about another person, then keep silent. Don't let yourself be turned into their source. It is noted that people who do not gossip are themselves little condemned.
Be neutral.
This will save you from conflicts in the work team. This position will allow you to provide a comfortable level of communication among employees.
You will not eradicate gossip in the work collective, but you will save yourself from unnecessary conflicts at work and maintain an even relationship with colleagues.
