Human relationships can be of a different nature. With someone they go into constant conflicts and competition, with others, mutual agreement and trust develops. Depending on the situation, the methods of interaction may be different.

In communication with each person, individual relationships are formed. There are different levels of information transfer, and depending on the feedback that a person receives from his interlocutor, ways of interaction are built.

Fixture and role play

If a person has certain barriers to communication, and he is not a self-sufficient person, such an individual seeks to adapt to the situation and find a patron. Not able to openly express his position and independently achieve his own goals, a person tries to benefit from the communication around him.

Sometimes there are relationships that presuppose the presence of a certain scenario in their interaction. Roles established in society imply specific moves and their sequence. For example, a doctor expects to hear a specific health complaint from a patient, who, in turn, intends to receive recommendations for healing.

In another case, a person gets so used to the role of a boss that, returning home, he cannot immediately rebuild into a close relationship. He can pluck evil and demand the submission of the house.

Consent and opposition

Interaction can be stable and friendly: cause mutual sympathy and agreement on many views on life. At the same time, a person is inclined to understand the thoughts, feelings and inner world of his partner. Such relationships are typical for friends, lovers and loved ones.

Some people have such opposite outlooks on life that if the need for communication arises, it is difficult for them to establish contact. Any thought expressed can cause a storm of emotions, contradictions and aggressive criticism, and as a result, rejection and complete misunderstanding.

Collaboration and competition

When people work to achieve common goals, they have a commonality of interests and tasks, then the activity is aimed at mutual support, effective cooperation and understanding, as well as finding joint solutions and compromises in case of disagreements.

Relationships develop differently in cases where each individual acts on his own, and at the same time successful activity depends on the opinion and assessment of those around him or society as a whole. In such situations, interaction moves to the level of tough competition, in which the participants are sometimes ready to use unauthorized methods. In such a relationship, everyone seeks to outperform the rival: to achieve better results, to present themselves in a favorable light, and to belittle the achievements of their competitor.
