Protect yourself from stress at work by becoming an organized, executive worker. Avoid excessive workloads. In a tired, exhausted state, even ordinary, minor troubles will be perceived by you exaggeratedly sharply. Therefore, you should not take on several projects at the same time, work without interruptions and vacations. Try to stick to your work schedule. Constant delays in the workplace can lead not only to stress, but also to some kind of illness.

Don't be in control of everything. Some people prefer to do everything on their own and keep track of everything their colleagues do. Learn to delegate responsibilities and share the workload. Don't take on too many responsibilities. You run the risk of not being able to cope at all or doing the job poorly. In both cases, stress awaits you due to overload.

If you feel that your nerves are at the limit, stop working. Get distracted immediately, take a walk, listen to music, do some personal business. Even the most zealous worker should have moments for himself. Call a friend or have a coffee. The main thing is to break away from the workplace and think about something else.
Step 7
When some moments related to the performance of work duties haunt you, not only at work, but also at home, reconsider your attitude towards them. Remember, this is just a job. At times, such excessive responsibility robs people of sleep and appetite. Don't take the situation to the point of absurdity. Imagine what will happen if you do not cope with your responsibilities. If your work is not associated with saving lives or high risk to health, nothing criminal will happen. As a last resort, you can find another place.
