There are many ways to prepare a delicious and wonderful drink. Recently, many beneficial properties of coffee have been identified. The discovery, which was made quite recently, does not affect health, but it can be unpleasant news for women.

It turns out that the size of a woman's breast changes from the frequent use of a fragrant drink. As luck would have it, such a transformation is unlikely to please the fair sex.

Swedish researchers decided to conduct an experiment to determine the effects of coffee on women. Several hundred volunteers were selected for this. They consumed at least two cups of coffee every day to get the results they wanted from the study. What did you get as a result of the experiment?

During the study, coffee drinkers experienced a decrease in breast volume by an average of 17%. Moreover, the most tangible result in the direction of decrease was shown by ladies with large initial parameters. Women with small breasts lost less volume.

Doctors have a fairly simple explanation for this. Excessive coffee consumption leads to hormonal imbalances. At the same time, the level of male hormones rises, and the level of female hormones is proportionally reduced. The latter are known to promote the formation of adipose tissue, including in the mammary glands.

But do not completely give up your favorite drink. There are also positive aspects of its use. So, a malignant tumor of the mammary gland is 20% less common in coffee lovers. What to do to prevent both prevention and breast reduction? It is enough to limit the daily intake of the drink to one cup per day.
