It is very difficult to give up obsessive thoughts about something you want. All information is stored in our head in the form of a "vinaigrette". It is not laid out on the shelves. And why not do it, and then throw away all unnecessary things in a landfill. Simply put, forget. It is possible. And without any complicated trainings, chemistry, alcohol.
Instructions
Step 1
Just two or three days, ten minutes each, and unnecessary information will become a pale shadow of itself.
Lie down or sit comfortably. You should not be distracted at this moment. Relax, eyes can be wide open or closed - whichever suits you best. Take a deep breath several times. Ready.
Create some collective image of your desires in the form of a clear, vivid picture. Visualization will be effective if it evokes negative emotions in you.
Look closely at the imaginary picture, reach out to it and imagine a volume control next to it. Mute the sound slowly. Imagine that the sounds behind your "picture" disappear.
Then we deprive the visualization of clarity, brightness, contrast - to complete darkness. A very important point - take your time! Colors fade out smoothly and sharpness gradually. When the picture disappears completely, "turn off" even the background on which it appeared. Click! That's it, a little meditation is over.
Step 2
Place your desires in an imaginary room in which there are a lot of lamps, and then turn them off one by one until it is completely dark. The rule is the same - take your time!
Two or three days, ten to fifteen minutes each, and you will be surprised to notice how your desires recede into the background, and if they do arise, they no longer have much power over you.
Step 3
Do something that will require special effort and attention from you. If you are happy to take up a tense, interesting business, you will be distracted from unnecessary thoughts, replacing them with necessary ones, which will be used to solve the work performed.
Step 4
Try using the 1000 why method. State your desire as precisely as possible, and then ask yourself: "Why do I need this?" Found the answer, and again ask: "Why is this?" And you repeat this many, many times until you get to the bottom line: to the first desire or, obviously, to nonsense. It is best if someone nearby evaluates your answers critically and asks leading questions. This method will help you identify your true desire and find an easy way to satisfy it. Or maybe you will come to the conclusion that you do not need it at all!
