Study books on fighting techniques, hypnosis and self-hypnosis, and general psychology in order to understand how rage arises and what heights can be achieved not only in the art of combat, but also in self-education thanks to the ability to manage your emotions.

Use self-hypnosis based on the "anchor technique" to drive yourself into a state of rage, evoking these emotions through visual images (visual method), certain gestures (kinesthetic method), recalling or playing some annoying sounds (auditory method). The most convenient and effective are kinesthetic "anchors", since, firstly, it is easiest to reproduce bodily sensations, and, secondly, they are perceived by the subconscious more quickly.

Step 3

Choose short words for your auditory anchors, or the very beginning of a melody that makes you hurt and angry. Gestures should not be provocative, but rather protective (for example, interlacing the fingers or squeezing the thumb of one hand with the thumb and forefinger of the other). The visual image must be vivid and not necessarily real.

Step 4

Apply these anchors all together or alternately. Remember that for their successful use it is necessary: - to choose the right moment for setting them; - to timely and successfully choose exactly those "anchors" that can really lead you into a state of rage; - to successfully reproduce the already selected and set "anchors".

Step 5

Be prepared for the fact that the ability to correctly enter this emotional state will require you to train for a long time, during which it is necessary to repeat the entry procedure many times. Learn the ways of meditation in order for all these "anchors" to be fixed in your subconscious as soon as possible. Remember: all these sounds, gestures and images should remain secret from everyone, if only because their use by strangers can later turn you into practically a "killing machine."
