Some people experience very strong anxiety, sometimes it is caused by a far from upcoming event. Even when talking with an interlocutor, a person experiences this feeling: he gets confused in words, he is afraid to look in the eyes. Of course, this must be dealt with, and the sooner the better, since such experiences have a very negative effect on health.

Instructions

Step 1

Be more confident. To do this, you must feel more majestic in your soul. Look at the interlocutor "from the other side" - in front of you the same person as you is, is not particularly different, so why should you be afraid of him, thereby causing excitement.

Step 2

It is known that a person experiences the excitement of not knowing information. Remember school time, when you were called to the blackboard, and because you did not know the material, you began to worry. If you know what your dialogue with the interlocutor will be about, be sure to reinforce your knowledge, you can also collect information about your opponent, thereby you "arm yourself".

Step 3

Sit down and think about what makes you worry. For a clearer and more correct answer, take a piece of paper and line it into four columns. In the first one, write something that scares you, for example, seems stupid. In the second, indicate the dire consequences that you think your fear may have triggered. In the penultimate one, write the consequences that you expect (neutral). In the last one, indicate the best outcome of your conversation. After that, the excitement will come to naught, since you have provided all possible options.

Step 4

To combat anxiety, for example, during a conversation, psychologists recommend pinching yourself, that is, hurting yourself, thereby distracting yourself from exciting thoughts, and clarity of mind will become clearer.

Step 5

Practice yoga and meditation. Through exercise, you will find peace and harmony. As a rule, the excitement in this case quickly fades away.

Step 6

If your excitement is connected with any public speaking, hone your speech at home the night before in front of the mirror. Before performing, take a few small breaths, distract yourself. And when speaking to an audience, pretend that you are alone.
