Imagine which side of you the listeners will be, how you will be positioned, whether you will have to use a microphone, whether you will hold it in your hand, etc. All this will help you get a feel for the atmosphere of the performance in advance.

Ask for help. If you are not sure about the content and practicality of your presentation, ask a competent person to listen to you. If this is not done, insecurity will develop into an exciting fear, which may be unjustified and caused only by your self-criticism. Also, your advisor will be able to suggest what you can improve in so that the speech is easier for the audience to perceive.

Gain experience. The more often you perform, the less fear you will feel. Therefore, instead of turning down offers to speak in public, step over your fear and agree. Over time, you will notice that you are not even focusing your attention on whether you are afraid or not.

Look for signs of anxiety and fight them. Some people start to speak quickly out of excitement, or there is a tremor in their voice, others do not know what to do with their hands, and convulsively touch something with them, and still others begin to breathe more often. Your task is to notice how anxiety manifests itself in your case, and the next time you speak, focus on how to overcome one of the signs of fear. So over and over again you will learn to control yourself and forget what a fear of public speaking is.
